Establishing onboarding goals

At the very start of the onboarding process, we set clear goals to ensure that you have everything you need to be successful running your restaurant with our technology. From nuts-and-bolts on how to use the system to making updates to calling us with questions, we want you to feel supported every step of the way.

The Table Needs Customer Success team creates a customized onboarding process to set you up for success from Day 1. This process typically includes the following key steps starting with laying the foundation to nuts-and-bolts training sessions to hardware installation and launch support. 

Kick-off Meeting 

During our first meeting, we’ll lay the groundwork for what’s to come, introduce you to the onboarding team and generally make sure we’re all on the same page.

Menu Management Training

Your menu is the heart and soul of your business so we’ll dive in to explore all aspects of your menu and develop your complimentary digital menu. Then we’ll teach you how to manage your menu with our POS and use the menu reporting features.

POS Training

Even though the Table Needs POS is easy to use and very intuitive, we want you to feel super confident using every feature, bell and whistle included in your Point of Sale bundle. (Hint: This is a great meeting to invite your GM, staff, and anyone else who will be using your POS system.)

Install and Launch Support

We will schedule a day to get your POS set-up, run tests, and provide you with a pre-launch checklist to ensure a super smooth transition. This is typically a virtual set-up but we’re no stranger to onsite installs when needed. 

Then… get ready to launch and celebrate! On your end, you’ll be ready to confidently use your new POS for everything you need to run your restaurant. On our end, we’ll be monitoring your system and cheering you on!
