This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at tableneeds.com, use our platform at pos.tableneeds.net, use our mobile applications, or otherwise interact with our Services.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account and Business Information: business name, owner name, email address, phone number, physical address, and business tax identification number (EIN).
- Employee Information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, PIN codes, roles, clock-in/out times, and timesheet data for employees you add to the platform.
- Payment Information: credit card numbers, bank account details, and billing addresses. Payment card data is processed by our payment processing partner and is not stored on our servers.
- Menu and Product Data: menu items, descriptions, pricing, images, modifiers, and categories you enter into the platform.
- Transaction Data: order details, payment amounts, tips, refunds, voids, discounts, gift card transactions, and tender types.
- Communications: messages, emails, support tickets, and other communications you send to us.
- Marketing Content: any content, images, or materials you provide for use in connection with our Services.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
- Location Data: general location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Usage Data: how you interact with our platform, including features used, buttons clicked, reports generated, and time spent on various sections.
